What you will do

• Develop characterization, production, and wafer-sort test programs on the Advantest 93K ATE platform.
• Design tester hardware for high-speed testing and create test methodologies for semiconductor products.
• Develop detailed test plans and documentation aligned with product specifications.
• Collaborate with design, DFT, DFM, and product engineering teams on testability, yield, and methodology improvements.
• Convert test patterns from design simulation environments into ATE formats.
• Optimize test flows, reduce test time, improve yield, and release production test programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 5–10 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with 3–5 years of experience.
• At least 6 years of test program development experience on the Advantest 93K ATE platform.
• At least 4 years of experience in ATE testing, test methodology, silicon processes, DFT/DFM, and high-speed digital testing.
• Demonstrable experience with C, C++, Perl, Python, and Linux.
• Effective communication, collaboration, teamwork, problem-solving, accountability, and multitasking skills.
