Senior Engineer I Device and Test (Semiconductor)

Location: Chandler, Arizona, United States; onsite, 100% inside during normal business hours

What you will do

• Perform semiconductor device characterization and electrical analysis.
• Develop automated tests, parametric measurement methods, and instrument-control solutions.
• Conduct failure analysis and semiconductor reliability investigations.
• Create data visualizations, reports, and engineering insights.
• Collaborate with process, design, manufacturing, and reliability engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
• 5–7 years of professional experience.
• Experience with semiconductor devices, wafer probing, and parametric measurement equipment.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor physics and electrical behavior.
• Ability to develop automation and data-analysis tools using Python and C.
• Ability to work onsite in Chandler and perform work inside the facility during normal business hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with BTI, HCI, TDDB, electromigration, and leakage analysis.
• Familiarity with probe stations, source-measure units, and low-current measurements.
• Experience with Git, LabVIEW, or SQL.
