What you will do
- Lead engineering processes and create a roadmap focused on quality and time to market.
- Lead a team of at least five developers building and maintaining SaaS applications at scale.
- Work closely with leadership, product, and clinical teams.
- Develop new product features from scratch for behavioral health CareOps automation.
- Build services that turn behavioral health conversations into documentation and care intelligence.
- Take end-to-end ownership of engineering tasks and communicate complex technical issues clearly.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience leading a team of at least five developers.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with production applications and real-world users.
- Experience building end-to-end web services that process large amounts of data.
- Proficiency with React, Angular, or another modern JavaScript framework and a JavaScript technology stack.
- Experience with Python, microservices, AWS, and production SaaS applications.
- Experience working with LLM tools including LiteLLM, Langfuse, and LangGraph.
