Full Stack Team Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of full-stack engineers while providing technical guidance and architectural direction.
• Design, build, and ship production-grade AI agents with workflows, tool integrations, orchestration, memory, and safe execution capabilities.
• Develop systems that process massive-scale cloud assets and sensitive data, delivering insights through AI, APIs, and intuitive user experiences.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX designers, and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities throughout the platform.
• Improve performance, reliability, developer productivity, and the quality of AI systems while delivering customer value quickly.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
• 2+ years of engineering management experience.
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and strong expertise in React, Vue.js, or a similar frontend framework.
• Backend expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, Java, Scala, Python, Ruby, .NET, or similar technologies.
• Ability to provide technical leadership, make architectural decisions, and collaborate effectively.
• Strong product and customer orientation, leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI agents or LLM-powered applications.
• Practical experience with agent frameworks, tool use, orchestration, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, memory, guardrails, or evaluation.
