TL;DR
Senior / Middle+ AI Engineer (AI/LLMs): Building autonomous AI systems with persistent memory, agent reasoning, tool use, and distributed execution with an accent on LLM integration, backend engineering, and context management. Focus on designing multi-agent workflows, enabling browser and environment interaction, and monitoring, evaluating, and simulating autonomous behavior.
Location: Remote from the USA or Israel

What you will do
- Build autonomous AI agents with persistent state, long-term memory, and context management.
- Develop agent planning, reasoning, decision-making, behavioral models, and personality models.
- Implement tool use, dynamic tool selection, browser and environment interaction, and autonomous data exploration.
- Design distributed systems for running multiple agents and workers.
- Build monitoring, evaluation, and simulation capabilities for autonomous AI systems.
- Own key parts of a live customer-facing product from concept to working solution.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering or AI/ML, including hands-on work with AI agents and agent-based systems.
- Strong knowledge of LLM selection by task and cost, memory, retrieval, and context management.
- Strong backend and system design skills with TypeScript/Node.js or Python.
- Experience with distributed and asynchronous systems, message queues, caching, NoSQL databases, and vector databases.
- Experience with AWS, container orchestration such as Kubernetes or Fargate, and virtual machines.
- Fluent English at B2 level and availability to work remotely from the USA or Israel.
Nice to have
- Experience with multi-agent systems, computer-use or browser agents, and behavioral modeling.
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems, MCP, and API integrations with customer systems.
- Experience with Next.js.
- Background in OSINT, intelligence, or cybersecurity.
