Logistics Application Operations Specialist (NYCE WMS & Relex Supply Chain Planning)

What you will do

• Provide dedicated 2nd Level Support for NYCE WMS and Relex Supply Chain Planning solutions.
• Prioritize and manage the incident backlog, assess impact and criticality, and coordinate issue resolution.
• Investigate recurring problems, perform root cause analysis, and improve system stability.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain Planning, Service Desk, Group IT Application Support, and external vendors.
• Define and maintain monitoring with platform developers and identify opportunities for automation.
• Turn operational challenges into scalable, long-term solutions and optimize the support setup.

Requirements

• Experience in application support at the intersection of business and IT.
• Experience with NYCE WMS or a similar Warehouse Management System.
• Experience with Relex Supply Chain Planning and related processes.
• Experience with 2nd Level Application Support in logistics or supply chain environments.
• Strong knowledge of integrations and messaging, including investigation in this area.
• Knowledge of ITIL, service management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and stakeholder management.
