IT Support (Windows/Microsoft Office)

What you will do

• Provide first-line IT support to internal and remote users.
• Log and resolve support requests through the helpdesk system.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and user issues.
• Support PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, and related equipment.
• Assist with hardware installations, cabling, and general IT maintenance.
• Liaise with third-party support providers when required.

Requirements

• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop an IT career.
• Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous IT support or helpdesk experience is beneficial but not essential.
