About the Role

You will own end-to-end execution for defined platform areas. You will define requirements, write product documentation, maintain and prioritize the backlog, reconcile designs with implementation, run acceptance testing, analyze usage data, conduct research, and produce partner integration materials.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-time professional experience in product management or a comparable role
• Exceptional professional writing skills
• Ability to aggregate and analyze data to support prioritization decisions
• Ability to learn tools such as Linear, Notion, and Figma quickly
• Strong written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences
• Be based in the United States
• Ability to travel up to 10%
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Support requirements definition from problem definition through release
• Write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Maintain, scope, prioritize, and retire backlog tickets
• Reconcile designs, requirements, and implementation and resolve discrepancies
• Plan and run user acceptance testing and track defects to closure
• Analyze product and usage data to support prioritization
• Conduct user research and partner interviews
• Produce integration guides, release notes, and test scenarios
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, and Compliance to ship features
• Evaluate the competitive landscape and emerging digital-payment and blockchain trends
