Location: Hybrid, with at least two days per week or 40% of working time at an office in London, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Glasgow, or Manchester, United Kingdom

What you will do

• Lead the development and launch of digital asset propositions for Business & Commercial Banking.
• Support stablecoin-based transfer capabilities and contribute to tokenised deposit transfers and other digital money solutions.
• Develop business cases, proposition requirements, product roadmaps, and investment recommendations.
• Manage products from concept and design through launch and ongoing development.
• Coordinate delivery across Product, Platform, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Coverage, and Digital Assets teams.
• Develop operating models, controls, governance frameworks, customer insight, partnerships, and commercial opportunities across cash management, trade finance, lending, and working capital.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of digital assets, including stablecoins, tokenisation, digital wallets, or blockchain-enabled financial services.
• Product management experience taking products or propositions from concept through launch.
• Experience in payments, transaction banking, commercial banking, fintech, or related financial services.
• Experience delivering products through complex cross-functional organisations and working with business, technology, and control teams.
• Strong communication, partner management, and influencing skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to work in the hybrid pattern required at one of the listed United Kingdom office sites.

Nice to have

• Experience with wholesale digital assets, regulated stablecoins, tokenised deposits, or digital cash solutions.
• Experience in payments, cash management, trade finance, lending, invoice finance, or working capital products.
• Knowledge of evolving digital asset regulation or experience with fintechs, industry bodies, and market infrastructure providers.
