Product Manager - Social Features (Content)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Binance Chat and Square social features.
• Plan and iterate on posting, commenting, sharing, content discovery, personalized recommendations, group chat, messaging, and community groups.
• Design and optimize user journeys, cross-page navigation, and consistent content interaction experiences.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and external partners to build publishing, commenting, content distribution, group management, and messaging flows.
• Monitor posting rate, interaction rate, retention, and DAU; analyze user behavior and formulate growth strategies.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of experience with social, community, or content products.
• Ability to translate complex interaction scenarios into clear product solutions with defined state transitions and edge-case handling.
• Strong product judgment and understanding of community user journeys, interaction design, and content ecosystem dynamics.
• Structured product thinking and the ability to resolve conflicts in complex multi-path flows.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across engineering, design, operations, and partner teams.

• Experience with Web3 or community-driven products.
