Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Larnaca, Cyprus; hybrid work model with 2 days working from home

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap and lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch improvement.
• Lead product launches within project environments and maintain feature priorities and the product backlog.
• Develop user personas, user stories, wireframes, and mockups based on customer needs.
• Translate user insights into technical requirements and specifications using Jira and Confluence.
• Partner with Engineering, Marketing, Business Development, Business Analysts, Product Operations, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and conduct market and competitive research to identify fintech opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of Product Manager experience in fintech or a related field.
• Fluency in English; resumes must be submitted in English.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Successful product launch experience and understanding of the full project lifecycle and SDLC.
• Experience with wireframing and mockup tools such as Figma, Moqups, or Balsamiq.
• Eligibility or legal authorization to work in Cyprus is required.

Nice to have

• Professional certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, Scrum Master, or Product Owner.
• Additional language skills.
