Data Product Manager (Web3)

Location: Remote - Global; fully remote. Candidates must have the right to work in the country where they are based.

What you will do

• Define and deliver the data platform roadmap across data ingestion, on-chain parsing, metrics frameworks, data-as-a-service, and data asset management.
• Lead multi-chain data ingestion and parsing for EVM, Solana, Bitcoin, Cosmos, and other major blockchain ecosystems.
• Standardize transaction, transfer, contract-call, DeFi interaction, address-label, protocol-label, and transaction-attribution logic.
• Own token metadata, pricing, and liquidity data sources, including source prioritization, fallbacks, and cross-validation.
• Package data capabilities into APIs, datasets, and self-serve analytics tools for business, growth, risk, and BI teams.
• Build data quality monitoring, metric governance, incident response, and cross-functional delivery processes.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of product management experience, including 3+ years working with data platforms, data infrastructure, or internal data products.
• Hands-on Web3 experience with a wallet, exchange, L1/L2 network, data provider, or DeFi protocol.
• Practical knowledge of blocks, transactions, event logs, internal transactions, UTXO and account models, and the parsing challenges of major chains.
• Knowledge of token data sources such as CoinGecko, CoinMarketCap, Chainlink oracles, DEX pool pricing, and similar providers.
• Understanding of data warehouse layering, metrics frameworks, and event tracking design; ability to write SQL and validate data independently.
• Ability to work remotely from a country where the candidate has the right to work.

Nice to have

• Experience building a data platform from zero to one.
• Experience with Dune, The Graph, Nansen, Covalent, Etherscan APIs, or similar tools.
• Working knowledge of Flink, Spark, ClickHouse, or Airflow.
• Experience commercializing data products or operating external data services.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin skills.
