Senior Product Manager (Crypto)

Location: Remote globally or from the US; an office in New York City is available for optional use

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 annually

What you will do

• Own a meaningful area of the product portfolio from discovery through launch and continuous improvement.
• Manage and develop three Product Managers through clear expectations, direct feedback, and coaching.
• Translate customer needs, company objectives, and market opportunities into product strategy and priorities.
• Work with exchanges, institutional investors, enterprises, and crypto companies to identify valuable problems.
• Partner with Design and Engineering to break complex initiatives into focused releases and learn from product usage and customer feedback.
• Improve discovery, prioritization, planning, feedback loops, and product development processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years managing Product Managers.
• Demonstrated ownership of a meaningful product area from discovery through launch, with measurable outcomes.
• Experience building enterprise software for sophisticated customers, including products involving complex data, content, and workflows.
• Comfort working with APIs, data models, integrations, and other technical product considerations.
• Ability to build prototypes with AI tools and improve product-team operating processes.
• Ability to work remotely from anywhere globally or from the US.

Nice to have

• Experience building products for institutional investors, asset managers, exchanges, or other financial-market participants.
• Experience building crypto products for institutional or professional users.
• Experience launching products from zero to one or commercializing enterprise products with Sales and Marketing.
• Experience developing pricing models and product packaging.
