What you will do
- Lead and coordinate global messaging analytics and pricing initiatives, including high-impact business and operational projects.
- Analyze pricing, routing, margins, and gross profit to identify optimization opportunities and support commercial decisions.
- Maintain and improve messaging connectivity terms, pricing, and coverage data across global and regional markets.
- Provide analytics, pricing recommendations, anomaly detection, and customer insights to Sales, Product Success, and go-to-market teams.
- Support new pricing models, billing logic, differentiated pricing, and commercial frameworks for messaging products and carrier partnerships.
- Coordinate projects across Billing, Product, Development, Connectivity, Legal, Data Intelligence, and Operations.
Requirements
- Experience in business analytics, pricing, commercial operations, telecommunications, CPaaS, or a related field; approximately 3 years in a similar role preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with complex datasets, pricing models, margin analysis, and operational reporting.
- Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization and reporting tools.
- Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, automate workflows, or generate business insights.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, initiative, and cross-functional project coordination skills.
- Fluent English, spoken and written, is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with messaging products, mobile operators, or carrier partnerships.
- Exposure to pricing strategy, billing systems, or commercial framework development.
- Understanding of routing, delivery rates, network identifiers, or capability checks.
