Location: Notting Hill, Victoria, Australia; based in Melbourne with frequent travel to hospitals across Melbourne Metro and occasional travel to regional Victoria

What you will do

• Develop clinical relationships and execute account-based plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
• Build trusted relationships with surgeons, nurses, procurement teams, and hospital stakeholders to support Biosurgery product adoption.
• Coordinate and deliver product education, in-service training, and professional development programs.
• Manage territory inventory, forecasting, account planning, and contract opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams while maintaining healthcare compliance, company policies, and industry standards.

Requirements

• Proven hospital sales experience in medical devices; operating theatre experience is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills across healthcare settings.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and clinical education skills.
• Ability to explain scientific, clinical, and medical technology concepts effectively.
• Strong organisation, problem-solving, attention to detail, collaboration, and independent working skills.
• Must have the right to work in Australia, a reliable car, and a valid driver's licence.
