Manager Strategic Partners

What you will do

• Manage major partners and events across exhibitions, music festivals, immersive experiences, attractions, and sports.
• Oversee partner event and project lifecycles, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance.
• Build strategic relationships, understand partner objectives, anticipate needs, and develop solutions.
• Establish KPIs, implement data-driven growth strategies, track performance, and prepare reports.
• Translate partner feedback into recommendations for product, marketing, and operational improvements.
• Mentor Project Managers and develop toward a team management role.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in project management or management consulting.
• Fluent English is required.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical, organized, solutions-oriented, and able to manage multiple parallel workstreams.
• Strategic thinking, curiosity, collaborative approach, and willingness to work hands-on.
• MBA is highly valued.
