Field & Channel Cost Lead - Japan

Location: Dalian, Liaoning, China. Onsite role; relocation is not offered.

What you will do

• Manage the Field & Channel P&L in Japan and align financial performance with country leadership and Japanese stakeholders.
• Develop and execute Field & Channel spend budgets, monthly flash and accrual processes, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities and lead initiatives to close gaps between actual, budgeted, and forecasted costs.
• Manage centralized purchase order and invoice processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Support Carepacks cost optimization and participate in partner rate negotiations.
• Collaborate with global and cross-functional stakeholders across customer care, supply chain, finance, quality, transformation, digital experience, and managed delivery services.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 12+ years of experience in operations, customer support, finance, or business management.
• Strong financial and business acumen with deep P&L management expertise.
• Professional proficiency in Japanese, both verbal and written, is mandatory.
• Advanced Excel, financial modeling, forecasting and planning, cost accounting, data visualization, and business case development skills.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau; SQL is preferred.
