What you will do

• Analyze hardware procurement trends and cost variances using supply chain analytics to support annual vendor negotiations.
• Build and validate end-to-end hardware cost models and benchmarks across product categories.
• Analyze material consumption, processing costs, supplier complexity, and productivity targets.
• Partner with Product Development and Materials Sourcing to evaluate supplier quotations and support fact-based negotiations.
• Maintain costing databases and reporting dashboards, ensuring data integrity and alignment with global costing standards.
• Travel to manufacturing locations as needed and complete additional tasks assigned by the leader.

Requirements

• English proficiency in spoken and written communication
• Experience building, validating, and interpreting detailed bottom-up cost models for hardware components.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, and ERP systems.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, BOM structures, and supply base dynamics.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate technical findings through dashboards, presentations, and executive summaries.
