FP&A Manager

What you will do

• Own the annual budget, company-wide planning process, and consolidated financial plan.
• Lead regular reforecasts using driver-based assumptions across the consolidated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Prepare executive and Board financial reporting, including concise variance analysis and KPI reporting.
• Develop upside, downside, liquidity, and long-range planning scenarios to support investment, hiring, and capital allocation decisions.
• Manage and develop one FP&A Analyst while coordinating processes across FP&A, Finance Business Partners, Controllership, and Finance Systems & Analytics.
• Improve reporting automation and reduce manual preparation.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or a related field.
• Strong financial modelling, three-statement forecasting, budgeting, and consolidated planning experience.
• Experience preparing executive- and Board-level financial materials.
• Strong commercial judgement and the ability to turn complex financial information into clear management conclusions.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets capability.
• ERP and BI experience; NetSuite experience is advantageous.

• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or multi-brand businesses.
