WeLab Bank - Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (Fintech)

What you will do

• Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, multi-year planning, and strategic projects using driver-based financial models.
• Analyze actual-versus-budget and forecast variances across revenue, margins, operating expenses, customer activity, and balance-sheet drivers.
• Model the financial impact of pricing, volumes, product mix, funding costs, credit outcomes, and operating assumptions.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations with clear explanations and recommendations.
• Partner with business, Financial Control, Risk, Treasury, and other teams on product proposals, campaigns, capital planning, stress testing, ICAAP, and ALCO materials.
• Improve reporting through data checks, reconciliations, documentation, automation, standard templates, and visualization tools.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in FP&A, management reporting, or a related field.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good spoken and written English and Cantonese.
• Strong analytical, communication, teamwork, risk-awareness, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Understanding of data sorting and analysis, with an interest in building profitable banking products.
• University degree in Data, Statistics, Finance, or a related discipline.
