FP&A Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead group financial consolidation across four Asian markets and more than ten regional entities.
• Manage monthly financial reviews, management reporting, quarterly earnings releases, regulatory reports, KPI dashboards, and board presentations.
• Prepare the annual financial plan and rolling forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
• Provide strategic cost analysis and finance business partnering across business units.
• Lead ROI evaluations, financial modeling, scenario planning, and performance tracking for investment projects.
• Manage and mentor two financial analysts while driving cross-functional initiatives and finance process automation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or corporate development.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional collaboration and acting as a strategic business partner.
• Proficiency with financial systems, reporting tools, and data visualization software.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.

Nice to have

• CPA, CFA, or MBA qualification.
• Experience with financial planning systems, automated reporting workflows, and interactive dashboards.
