What you will do
- Own cross-functional projects across finance, legal, marketing, partnerships, and compliance.
- Build and automate internal processes using the company's own AI agent platform.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks proactively.
- Support board meeting preparation and company reporting for the Head of Operations.
Requirements
- Must be based in NYC and able to work on-site.
- 2+ years of professional experience, including time in an operating role at a high-growth startup.
- Proficiency in using AI tools for daily tasks and automation.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
- High ownership mindset and low ego.
