Junior Project Manager (AI)

Location: Full-time in-office role in Bogotá, Colombia

What you will do

• Route internal creative jobs through the full project lifecycle and maintain ownership of workflows.
• Use Asana, Google Drive, status documents, and trackers to manage project information and documentation.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, capture notes, consolidate feedback, and keep teams informed.
• Coordinate communication across Account, Creative, Strategy, Media, Production, and other departments.
• Manage designer and editor schedules, identify potential problems, and develop proactive solutions.
• Support pitches, gradually manage a small client, and assist a Senior Project Manager on larger client work.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience.
• Familiarity with Asana and Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Effective communication, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work full-time in the Bogotá office.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of creative development, production, and marketing.
• Additional experience with Asana.
