Graduate Operational Transformation (AI)

Location: Basildon, UK, mainly office-based, with occasional travel to London

What you will do

• Support transformation programmes and business initiatives across the organization.
• Maintain programme and project plans, milestones, reporting, and documentation.
• Support stakeholder communications and engagement activities.
• Track programme benefits, resource planning, and capacity management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Graduated within the last two years or due to graduate in 2026, with a minimum 2:2 degree in a relevant discipline such as business, project management, operations, economics, finance, data analytics, computer science, information systems, or engineering.
• Strong interest in business transformation, project delivery, and operational excellence.
• Excellent organizational, time management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Comfort working with data and interest in automation, AI, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI or data visualization tools.
• Exposure to project work, process improvement, or business change.
• Awareness of automation or AI technologies.
