Fulfilment Leader Europe

Location: Lund, Sweden; temporary position for 6–12 months

What you will do

• Lead, develop, and engage approximately 20 Shipping Coordinators and Sales Order Owners across Sweden, Denmark, and Italy.
• Manage end-to-end execution and real-time tracking of capital equipment orders from creation through final delivery.
• Oversee outbound logistics from internal and external factories, including timely, compliant, and cost-effective shipping.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, export regulations, and operational requirements.
• Handle equipment escalations and coordinate timely resolution of customer delivery issues.
• Monitor fulfilment KPIs, maintain order visibility, and drive continuous improvement and digital transformation.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a people leader.
• Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or Business Administration.
• Leadership experience in supply chain, logistics, or order fulfilment.
• Experience managing 3PL providers and understanding global trade flows, export regulations, compliance, and safety standards.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and digital tools for order tracking and reporting.
• Proficiency in English, with strong communication and collaboration skills across functions and regions.
