Global Contract Manufacturing Manager

Location: Hybrid work based in Brugge, Belgium; Leiden, the Netherlands; or Lyngby, Denmark. Travel to relevant sites and stakeholders is required during the initial stages.

What you will do

• Manage Product Supply Agreements, Product Manufacture Agreements, and related operating service contracts.
• Serve as the primary contact for contract matters and coordinate communication across hirify.global legal entities and functions.
• Monitor contractual obligations, service levels, supply requirements, operational requirements, and compliance.
• Maintain accurate repositories of contract documents, correspondence, amendments, deliverables, and notice periods.
• Analyze quality, delivery, volume, service-level, and financial performance metrics, providing actionable reporting.
• Coordinate amendments, revisions, renegotiations, risk mitigation, and stakeholder training on contract governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, law, manufacturing, supply chain, a technical discipline, or a related field.
• Experience in procurement, contract manufacturing, supply chain, manufacturing operations, contract administration, or a comparable role.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, negotiation principles, compliance requirements, and risk management.
• Ability to interpret complex contractual language and communicate requirements clearly to stakeholders at dhirify.globalerent organizational levels.
• Strong organization, relationship-building, presentation, business-partnering, negotiation, problem-solving, and issue-resolution skills.
• Willingness to travel to relevant sites and engage with stakeholders during the initial stages of the role.

Nice to have

• Experience managing supply agreements or third-party manufacturing relationships during divestitures, transitions, or corporate restructurings.
• Familiarity with hirify.global Food Ingredients and Health & Biosciences businesses, products, sites, and manufacturing assets.
• Experience using contract management software or related digital tools.
