IT Sourcing Manager (IT sourcing and vendor governance): Shaping sourcing strategies, commercial models, and supplier partnerships across applications, infrastructure, cloud, and managed services with an accent on complex sourcing, contract negotiations, and vendor performance. Focus on leading tender processes, building governance structures, and balancing cost efficiency, service quality, operational resilience, and speed to market.
Location: Viby J, Aarhus, Denmark; hybrid work with collaboration at the office and the flexibility to work from home 2 days a week. A few travel days are expected, and candidates should be living and working in Denmark.

What you will do
- Own strategic sourcing decisions across the international IT landscape.
- Lead sourcing initiatives covering applications, infrastructure, cloud, and managed services in an outsourced environment.
- Build relationships with key technology suppliers and establish commercial models and governance structures.
- Advise IT leadership and business stakeholders on cost efficiency, service quality, and speed to market.
- Perform total cost of ownership analyses, business cases, KPI management, and vendor performance reviews.
- Support the modernization of the IT landscape as it moves from legacy monoliths toward a modular and integrated setup.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT sourcing, vendor management, procurement, or a similar commercial IT role.
- Experience executing sourcing strategies in complex IT environments, preferably across applications, infrastructure, cloud services, or related technology domains.
- Experience leading complex sourcing and tender processes.
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge, including hands-on experience with RFI/RFP processes and negotiations.
- Strong communication and influencing skills across technical, commercial, and senior stakeholders.
- Must be living and working in Denmark.
