What you will do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on assembly equipment according to work orders and technical documentation.
• Respond to service requests and work orders while minimizing disruption to production operations.
• Carry out general building maintenance, including lighting, overhead doors, simple construction, and plumbing tasks.
• Perform basic electrical maintenance on motors, lights, and electrical panels.
• Operate and maintain forklifts, conveyors, robotic equipment, and related tools.
• Organize lubrication equipment, maintain clean shop areas, request supplies, and support continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• At least two years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing, operations, or a high-volume facility, or a relevant certification or degree in lieu of experience.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, lubrication, cleaning, inspections, and basic maintenance tasks.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems including pneumatics, hydraulics, gears, reducers, bearings, drive components, lubrication, and equipment alignment.
• Familiarity with photo sensors, PLCs, remote I/O, servo drives, and variable frequency drives.
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods, perform repetitive operations, and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Successful background, drug, and medical screening is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AC/DC theory, relays, switches, solenoids, fuses, breakers, 480V three-phase systems, electrical safety, and motor protection.
• Experience with preventive maintenance procedures, completion logging, conveyors, robotic equipment, ASRS, AKL, and automated guided vehicles.
• Ability to read mechanical and building blueprints and electrical schematics.
