Product Manager - Community Strategy (Web3)

What you will do

• Own the long-term content and community strategy for Binance Square.
• Define content classification, recommendation, distribution, and filtering strategies.
• Drive daily active user growth and retention through data-driven community content strategies.
• Analyze links between community engagement patterns and user trading behavior.
• Lead cross-team strategic alignment, competitive analysis, and roadmap development.
• Manage the full product strategy loop from feature design and data validation to iterative optimization.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of experience in product strategy, community operations, or content ecosystem roles.
• Experience with crypto or Web3 community products is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of content ecosystems, user segmentation, and long-term platform evolution.
• Ability to analyze community health, content quality, engagement loops, and growth metrics.
• Structured strategic thinking with the ability to solve complex ecosystem problems and build actionable roadmaps.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for aligning multiple stakeholders.
