Senior Product Manager (Web3)

hirify.global builds core infrastructure for Solana, including APIs, webhooks, indexing tools, RPC infrastructure, and real-time data products for developers building crypto-powered applications.

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap across the hirify.global developer platform, balancing customer needs, infrastructure investments, and new product initiatives.
• Work directly with trading firms, wallets, indexers, and other technical customers to understand architectures, latency budgets, and product gaps.
• Use the products hands-on to prototype ideas, build example integrations, reproduce issues, and improve developer-facing tooling.
• Define delivery semantics, ordering guarantees, SLAs, pricing, packaging, and trade-offs between performance, cost, and simplicity.
• Lead product launches, including positioning, documentation, migration guides, changelogs, and sensitive customer communications.
• Track adoption, activation, usage growth, churn signals, latency, reliability, and revenue while building lightweight product processes for a senior remote team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with technical, developer-facing products such as streaming or messaging systems, data infrastructure, APIs, or market data.
• Real coding ability and sufficient engineering experience to integrate with APIs, prototype ideas, reproduce bugs, and contribute code independently.
• Strong understanding of distributed-systems trade-offs, including throughput, backpressure, delivery guarantees, and reliability.
• Experience with crypto or blockchain ecosystems and a practical understanding of on-chain data, wallets, and transactions.
• Experience serving demanding technical or latency-sensitive customers, with a track record of owning adoption, revenue, or retention outcomes.
• Exceptional written communication and the autonomy to act as the primary product voice in a remote, async-heavy environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with real-time market data, event streaming, Kafka, gRPC streaming, WebSockets at scale, or exchange and trading infrastructure.
• Hands-on Solana experience, including its data model, RPC layer, or ecosystem.
• Experience as an early, founding, or lead product manager at an infrastructure or developer-tools company.
• Prior experience as a software engineer or a history of shipping meaningful code contributions as a product manager.
