Benelux EP NV Supply Chain Lead (MedTech)

Location: Diegem, Flemish Brabant, Belgium, or Amersfoort, Utrecht, Netherlands. Travel across the region is required at approximately 30%.

Salary: €72,500–€115,230 annually, plus an annual bonus or sales commissions depending on role and location.

What you will do

• Develop and deploy the Benelux end-to-end supply chain strategy for the Electrophysiology and Neurovascular portfolio.
• Partner with Commercial leadership on reliable supply, product launches, tender processes, customer negotiations, and portfolio lifecycle management.
• Own customer service performance through OTIF, fill-rate, and lead-time dashboards, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
• Integrate Planning, Customer Service, Distribution and Transportation, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance.
• Coordinate responses to supply constraints, shortages, allocation challenges, and recovery plans with regional planning teams.
• Drive ERP, OMP, analytics, and other digital transformation initiatives while strengthening stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of end-to-end supply chain experience in complex, matrixed environments.
• Experience leading regional or global supply chain operations, performance delivery, and transformation programs.
• Expertise in demand planning, inventory management, logistics, customer service, IBP, and S&OP maturity development.
• Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or another regulated industry.
• Strong financial and business acumen, cross-functional leadership, stakeholder influence, and experience with Quality and Regulatory functions.
• Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred. Willingness to travel approximately 30% across the region.

• APICS, IBF, PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile certification.
