ETS Training Supervisor

Location: Edwards, Illinois, United States; up to 35% international travel required.

Salary: $147,760–$221,640 per year

What you will do

• Lead a global team of six training coordinators and instructors.
• Develop dealer enablement, certification, and customer training strategies across regions.
• Identify growth opportunities and build partnerships with dealers, business partners, and customers.
• Recruit, develop, train, and performance-manage training personnel.
• Own training governance, delivery standards, certification processes, audits, and quality assurance.
• Partner with curriculum and content teams to improve training materials using field and customer insights.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in training, product support, operating, or testing, preferably in construction, quarry, or mining.
• Experience with hirify.global products, customer applications, Cat technology products, dealer networks, and training programs.
• Knowledge of customer focus, service excellence, consulting, decision-making, relationship management, and training operations.
• Experience with scheduling tools, billing systems, travel logistics, and expense reporting.
• Heavy equipment operating experience and strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to travel internationally up to 35% of the time.
