Trainer (Workforce Development)

Salary: USD 21.64–23.32 per hour

What you will do

• Deliver training and education to program participants.
• Assess individual skills accurately and make appropriate referrals.
• Support a diverse customer base through problem solving and effective communication.

• Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a trainer or education instructor.
• A degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, written communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, accurate, and able to work efficiently under deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

Nice to have

• Bilingual English and Spanish skills.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.
