Equipment/Maintenance Technician II (Manufacturing)

Location: Attleboro, Massachusetts, United States; onsite manufacturing facility. Applicants must qualify as U.S. Persons under ITAR/EAR requirements.

Salary: Up to $38 per hour, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and selected facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electromechanical issues.
• Respond independently to urgent equipment breakdowns and production-related maintenance needs.
• Diagnose root causes, support corrective actions, and improve equipment uptime, reliability, and safe operating conditions.
• Read schematics, wiring diagrams, technical drawings, manuals, and maintenance documentation.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, EHS, contractors, vendors, and service technicians.

Requirements

• Must work onsite in Attleboro, Massachusetts.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR/EAR regulations.
• High school diploma or GED and at least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, including pneumatics, basic hydraulics, and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Ability to work safely around active manufacturing equipment, use maintenance tools and testing equipment, stand and move throughout the workday, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• Experience with legacy equipment, ovens, CNC equipment, dicing or saw equipment, screen printers, or similar process equipment.
• Basic PLC and electrical controls troubleshooting experience.
• Technical school, vocational training, or an associate degree in industrial maintenance, electrical technology, mechanical systems, or mechatronics.
• Experience with CMMS or preventive maintenance systems.
