Trade Compliance Analyst IV

Location: Peoria, Illinois, United States; fully onsite Monday to Friday. Up to 5% business travel may be required. Relocation is not offered.

Salary: $97,530–$146,290 per year.

What you will do

• Evaluate import and export transactions for compliance with trade regulations and company policies.
• Support daily global trade operations and resolve operational compliance issues.
• Advise internal stakeholders on international trade requirements and regulatory obligations.
• Maintain trade records and documentation, including import/export classifications and licensing controls.
• Analyze compliance data, prepare leadership reports, and identify trends and risks.
• Support audits, corrective actions, SOP development, regulatory monitoring, and process improvement projects.

Requirements

• Knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations, Export Administration Regulations, and global trade controls.
• Experience with customs compliance, tariff classifications, trade documentation, and cross-border logistics.
• Experience supporting multinational manufacturing, industrial, logistics, or supply chain organizations.
• Experience with audit management, compliance testing, reporting, and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Must work onsite in Peoria, Illinois, five days per week; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Certified Customs Specialist, Certified Export Specialist, or similar trade compliance certification.
• Experience with SAP GTS, Oracle Trade Management, Descartes, or similar platforms.
• Lean, continuous improvement, or operational excellence experience.
