Salary: $95,000–$110,000 per year

What you will do

• Analyze supply chain data to identify risks, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Improve on-time delivery, lead times, product availability, and service levels for internal and external customers.
• Support inventory optimization and reduce working capital requirements.
• Streamline back-office operations, standardize processes, and enhance standard work.
• Maintain supply chain master data and performance metrics.
• Implement planning and production scheduling concepts and provide first-level supply chain support to internal customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, supply chain management, and/or planning.
• Strong analytical, process improvement, change management, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Strong SAP and Microsoft Excel skills.
