Senior Manager Division EHS

Location: Onsite five days a week in Irving, Texas, or Peoria, Illinois. Domestic relocation is available, but visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $159,120–$238,680 per year, plus potential annual bonus.

What you will do

• Provide division-level leadership for environmental health and safety strategy across more than 4,000 employees globally.
• Execute enterprise EHS initiatives covering safety culture, compliance, auditing, education, employee development, and change management.
• Own and continuously improve EHS processes, tools, and training.
• Partner with division leaders and functional groups to address environmental risks and workplace hazards.
• Develop and measure strategies supporting sustainable development and circular-economy objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental health and safety, occupational safety, environmental science, engineering, industrial hygiene, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive progressive leadership experience in EHS, preferably in manufacturing, remanufacturing, heavy equipment, industrial, or global operations.
• Experience leading enterprise- or division-level EHS strategy, compliance programs, audits, risk reduction, and continuous improvement.
• Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, communication, planning, performance management, and change management skills.
• Must work onsite five days per week in Irving, Texas, or Peoria, Illinois.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or professional certification such as CSP, CIH, CHMM, ASP, or equivalent.
• Experience influencing senior leaders in a complex, matrixed organization.
