EHS Regional Director

Location: Remote - New Jersey, United States; 50% travel required to work locations, customer sites, and company facilities.

Salary: $150,000–$160,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead environmental, health, and safety programs across departments, employees, and divisions.
• Plan, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures in compliance with OSHA and applicable regulations.
• Develop EHS training, communications, safety campaigns, and standardized best practices.
• Conduct compliance audits and inspections, document findings, and verify corrective follow-up.
• Assess the EHS impact of new processes and equipment and formulate appropriate objectives.
• Maintain the focus site program and EHS knowledge center in the 4Insite software platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, EHS standards, reporting requirements, audits, and inspections.
• Ability to lead, supervise, train, evaluate, and direct employees.
• Ability to travel regularly and drive to various work locations, customer sites, and company facilities.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.
