Product Service Engineer (Mining Technology)

Location: Tucson, Arizona, United States; onsite five days a week. The role requires up to 25% travel. Domestic relocation assistance is not available.

Salary: $112,710–$169,060 per year.

What you will do

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex MineStar for Underground issues across Command, Fleet, and Detect systems.
• Analyze logs, connectivity, positioning data, sensors, onboard hardware, server infrastructure, networks, and software applications to identify root causes.
• Provide technical support to dealers and mining customers worldwide, including status updates throughout incident resolution.
• Manage support cases by severity and business impact, meet incident-management SLA targets, and coordinate emergency responses.
• Partner with Product Support and Engineering teams to escalate defects, track corrective actions, and advocate for customer needs.
• Support new product introductions and field deployments by identifying supportability risks and creating documentation, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Engineering or another technical degree with 1–5 years of relevant experience, or 5–10 years of equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience supporting complex industrial technology environments, including Windows Server, VMware/ESXi, Linux, SQL Server, Azure, and TCP/IP networking.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills across software, server infrastructure, machine systems, networks, sensors, and positioning technologies.
• Experience with autonomous, tele-remote, or mission-critical systems in mining, manufacturing, industrial, or heavy equipment environments.
• Product support or field service experience with customers, dealers, and engineering teams in production environments.
• Visa sponsorship is not available; the position requires full-time onsite work in Tucson.

• Mining industry experience.
• Knowledge of virtualization, video streaming, radio communications, industrial computing platforms, and Remote Operator Stations.
