Field Service Supervisor (Heavy Equipment)

Location: Eugene, Oregon, United States; onsite field and shop service operations.

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 annually; exempt position not eligible for overtime.

What you will do

• Supervise Field Service Technicians and manage dynamic technician schedules.
• Coordinate shop and field work, oversee repairs, and provide technical guidance.
• Monitor work orders, review timecards, evaluate work accuracy, and support timely closure.
• Coordinate with service management and the Billings team to meet coverage demands.
• Communicate with customers about repair progress, estimates, service reports, and technical questions.
• Participate in technician staffing, employee evaluations, and service department reviews.

Requirements

• Minimum two years of supervisory or management experience.
• Technical and diagnostic skills, including hydraulic, engine, and electrical troubleshooting and repair.
• Ability to read and understand schematics.
• Effective verbal and written communication and strong customer relationship skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage schedules, work collaboratively, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Nice to have

• Two- or four-year technical degree or equivalent job experience.
