What you will do

• Support compensation, benefits, and broader Total Rewards initiatives.
• Analyze HR data and use Excel to generate meaningful insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on HR projects and initiatives.
• Contribute to projects supporting employee engagement and business success.
• Participate in mentorship, workshops, training, networking, and regular coaching.

Requirements

• Must be a junior, senior, or graduate student enrolled in an accredited college, university, or master’s program for the duration of the term.
• Must be studying Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and the ability to work with data.
• Organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn about Total Rewards.
