Director, Total Rewards

Location: United States (U.S.); on-site five days per week at an office in McLean, VA; Mountain View, CA; New York City, NY; or Tampa, FL.

What you will do

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of company-wide compensation programs covering base pay, bonuses, and equity.
• Manage job evaluations, salary surveys, job architecture, leveling, salary structures, and compensation budgets.
• Assess labor market trends and advise line management on pay decisions.
• Design and administer incentive, stock option, and bonus plans.
• Partner on performance management systems and HRIS/UKG compensation workflows.
• Select, develop, and manage a high-performing Total Rewards team.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading compensation or Total Rewards functions, ideally at Director level or above.
• Deep knowledge of compensation philosophy, market benchmarking, and job architecture design.
• Experience designing and administering bonus, incentive, and equity programs.
• Familiarity with federal and state compensation regulations.
• Strong partnership skills with Finance, People leadership, and business leaders.
• People management experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with UKG or similar HRIS platforms.
• Experience in high-growth or public-company compensation environments.
