What you will do

• Update employee job history records.
• Support career mapping for Legal, IT, Finance, and HR.
• Assist with early-career administration and enterprise-wide onboarding improvements.
• Complete succession-planning lists for upcoming talent reviews in collaboration with Division Presidents and Functional Leaders.
• Develop a standard interview guide template and question library for non-technical competencies.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
• Visa or work-authorization sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• Currently a junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Available to work 40 hours per week for 12 weeks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to prioritize responsibilities and manage time effectively.
