Material Handler IV Lead (Nights)

Location: Blue Ash, Ohio, USA; onsite night shift. Schedule: 2-2-3 from 6:00pm to 6:30am.

Salary: $24.00–$34.50 per hour.

What you will do

• Support warehouse team members, coordinate priorities, facilitate team meetings, and guide staff on SOPs, control documents, and work instructions.
• Order, receive, release, store, and dispense materials and supplies according to work orders and SOPs.
• Maintain inventory levels, conduct physical counts, investigate discrepancies, and track materials in SAP or an equivalent ERP system.
• Act as the team SAP subject matter expert and support scheduling, KPI monitoring, data analysis, and process improvements.
• Coordinate safety initiatives and inspections while supporting spill control, hazardous-material handling, first aid response, and safe equipment transport.
• Provide off-shift or on-call support and ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Prior warehouse experience and knowledge of warehouse machinery.
• Knowledge of SAP or another ERP system.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs, work at heights up to 20 ft, operate vehicles and moving machinery, and handle chemicals.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, twist, reach, perform repetitive motion, monitor others’ work, and wear PPE.
• Ability to read and interpret computer screens and documents, distinguish colors, and interpret normal conversational sounds.
• Work authorization sponsorship, including visa support, is not available.

Nice to have

• High school diploma.
• Experience in a regulated or cGMP environment.
• Forklift operation certification.
