Bilingual Loan Sales Specialist (Spanish)

Location: Orlando, FL; onsite. Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and possible Saturday work.

What you will do

• Listen to customer needs and present tailored loan and financing solutions.
• Build and maintain customer relationships throughout the loan process and lifecycle.
• Manage loan lifecycle activities, including collections, while following applicable laws and regulations.
• Support customers through phone, email, chat, and internal systems.
• Educate customers about loan terms, options, and optional insurance products.
• Work toward individual and branch sales and service goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to changing demands, and provide timely customer service.
• Goal-oriented approach and motivation to achieve results.
• Ability to work onsite in Orlando, Florida, during standard business hours with occasional extended hours and possible Saturday work.

Nice to have

• Sales, collections, or customer service experience.
• Spanish bilingual ability.
