Bilingual Spanish-Personal Banker (Banking)

What you will do

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking and financial solutions.
• Conduct outbound calls, appointment setting, service-to-sales conversations, teller interactions, and lobby engagement.
• Build customer loyalty and expand relationships through community and ecosystem partnerships.
• Educate customers on transaction-management options, tools, and digital resources.
• Resolve customer problems while following branch procedures and managing operational risk.

Requirements

• Spanish speaking ability is required.
• Typically 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge.
• An associate degree or equivalent experience is typically expected; a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience may be accepted.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, prospecting, selling, customer service, and customer experience.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and customer-needs assessment skills.
• Additional background checks may be required under Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
