Financial Services Representative (Fintech)

Location: McKinney, Texas; office-based role with regular in-person attendance required

Salary: $15–$18 per hour, based on experience and location, plus performance-based bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and identifying additional financial products and services.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls for collections, application follow-up, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts, secure payments, and establish payment arrangements.
• Prepare individual tax returns, review documentation, and assist customers with tax-related questions.
• Provide in-person support for loan applications, payments, account questions, tax services, and issue resolution.
• Process payments, balance cash, complete bank runs, and maintain accurate records in company systems.

Requirements

• English and Spanish bilingual proficiency required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Ability to independently complete bank runs and transport deposits.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.
• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, account management, or another customer-facing role, with strong communication, organization, and data-entry skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in banking, retail, restaurants, hospitality, collections, call centers, insurance, healthcare front offices, or similar environments.
• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding performance goals in a fast-paced setting.
