Financial Relationship Banker (Bilingual Spanish)

Location: Chicago, IL 53rd/Pulaski; office-based. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.

Salary: $24.00–$30.00 hourly, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Identify consumer and business customers’ financial goals and recommend suitable deposit, loan, and other banking products.
• Build, retain, and grow customer relationships through appointments, referrals, follow-up programs, and partner channels.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Educate customers about online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Refer customers to other areas of the bank and maintain strong internal partnerships.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or relevant military administration, contracting, or civil affairs.
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency required.
• Ability to complete additional background checks and provide fingerprints under NMLS regulations.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States required.
• Strong communication skills and comfort using mobile and online banking services.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledge of banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, customer service, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.
