Financial Relationship Banker (Bilingual Spanish)

Location: Pascagoula, Mississippi, United States. Office-based role. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States.

What you will do

• Build, retain, and grow consumer and business customer relationships.
• Identify customer financial goals and recommend suitable deposit, loan, and other banking products.
• Provide customer service, resolve issues, and follow up with prospective and existing customers.
• Educate customers on online, mobile, and ATM banking services.
• Refer customers to other bank areas and develop internal partnerships.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, retail, business-to-business sales, or a comparable military administration role.
• Bilingual Spanish communication ability.
• Strong verbal and written communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of banking products, consumer and business deposits, lending, investments, and customer service.
• Additional background checks and fingerprinting may be required under NMLS regulations.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least one year of banking or financial-services customer service and sales experience.
• Experience with mobile services and online banking technology.
