Senior Talent Partner - Part-Time

Location: Fully remote; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $60–$90 per hour, plus a performance-based bonus and employee equity.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of requisitions from intake through offer negotiation and close.
• Advise hiring managers on market data, leveling, role positioning, and compensation strategy.
• Build sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and senior-level searches using proactive outreach and inbound pipelines.
• Design and run structured, bias-aware interview loops aligned with the leveling framework.
• Diagnose pipeline bottlenecks, maintain accurate ATS data, and protect time-to-fill without lowering hiring standards.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience through the onboarding handoff.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with increasingly senior closed searches.
• Strong talent calibration and judgment, including the ability to defend assessment and leveling decisions.
• Experience challenging hiring managers constructively with data and adjusting hiring processes.
• Structured-interview fluency and consistent ATS hygiene.
• Self-directed work style suited to a part-time, remote role with minimal oversight.
• Executive-level written and verbal communication skills.
